I'm a Certified Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience delivering cost and advisory services across the construction industry. I specialise in early-stage advice, feasibility, cost planning, and value engineering across a range of sectors — including hospitality, modular builds, residential, education, commercial, and government projects.
Using tools like RIB CostX, I support BIM-integrated cost planning and provide clear, data-driven insights throughout the project lifecycle. With strong expertise in procurement, risk analysis, and financier reporting, I help clients make informed decisions and achieve cost-effective outcomes.
